Our projects

We seek to develop comprehensive processes that guarantee the sustainable transformation of communities, focusing on the empowerment of citizens and the creation of innovative solutions that generate real changes in society.

Community Empowerment Workshops -TEC-

Community Empowerment Workshops (TEC) strengthen the capacities of local leaders through technical training in social management and strategic planning. This process aims to equip organized communities with leadership and self-management tools to promote their own territorial development autonomously.

Museum to the People

The Museum to the People strategy democratizes access to culture by bringing educational tools and exhibits from the Gold Museum to geographically distant communities. Through this mobile educational approach, it promotes the preservation of ancestral memory and the strengthening of cultural identity within the region.
