The Zea Mays IPIS Foundation was created with the purpose of organizing, encouraging and providing tools to individuals and groups to enhance their capabilities.
We support those who need cooperation in implementing their ideas and plans using the Zea Mays Model. Our goal is to consolidate and empower society through Innovative, Productive, and Inclusive (IPIS) social projects.
Mission
Developing comprehensive processes for the sustainable transformation of communities in vulnerable contexts. Our work focuses on strengthening environmental, cultural, and psycho-emotional well-being through itinerant models that recover collective memory and the identity of the territory.

To consolidate by 2030 the leadership and empowerment of the entity and our seeds, processes and germinators in order to create and strengthen new innovative and sustainable ideas and experiences that generate changes within society.

Our Method
The Zea Mays Model
We consider the person presenting a project as a "sower", since they cultivate their social proposal to achieve a successful "harvest" through effort and constant evaluation.
During the "germination" process, each project goes through five critical stages: viability, self-sustainability, relevance, learning, and development. This process, inspired by the growth of the corn plant, ensures more participatory and integrated communities and real socioeconomic growth.
