What we do

The Zea Mays IPIS Foundation was created with the purpose of organizing, encouraging and providing tools to individuals and groups to enhance their capabilities.

We support those who need cooperation in implementing their ideas and plans using the Zea Mays Model. Our goal is to consolidate and empower society through Innovative, Productive, and Inclusive (IPIS) social projects.

Community Empowerment

We strengthen social groups and organizations to empower their communities. We do this through specialized workshops in leadership, gender equality, historical memory, conflict resolution, and strategic planning.

Municipal Internationalization

We connect municipalities and local governments with the opportunities of globalization. We provide expert advice on twinning, international networks, territorial marketing, and governance programs.

Social Impact Projects

We implement direct initiatives for community well-being, including: Food Security (Mikuchina), Educational Projects (Pazeiou), Bilingualism (Orbis) and Recovery of Historical Memory.

Social Consulting and Management

We support individuals and groups in making their processes efficient and sustainable. We offer consulting services in Corporate Social Responsibility, International Cooperation, and Action Planning.
